Working in partnership with Job Centre Plus, our focus at BTCV Enterprises is on developing and delivering training programmes that deliver real results, for employers and candidates alike.
Having now helped more than 7500 people across the New Deal provisions. We work alongside both employers and customers to ensure that today’s unemployed are equipped with the skills, knowledge and motivation that they need to secure full time employment.
Importantly, we work with customers to support them through the transition to full time employment. This includes work placements, training for a specific job and practical help with applying for jobs and interview practice.
