Pre-employment training
We can provide training for the employees you select from BTCV Enterprises prior to them starting work with you. We will listen to your needs and discuss your practices and ensure that the person you have selected is ready to "hit the ground running". We can prepare them with:
- basic Health & Safety training.
- manual handling skills.
- a basic food hygiene certificate.
- an introduction toany bespoke software packages or accounting systems.
- a CRB check
- presentation and communication techniques,
...or any other requirements you may have.
