BTCV Enterprises offers pastoral care to all employers and employees that are engaged through BTCV.
It is of paramount importance that an employee is successful in their employment and develops within the company. This saves costs in future recruitment and time for training within the induction period. It feels good too.
We recognise that the transition into a new job can be difficult for both parties so we offer support for those first few months.
We will advise and support both parties through any financial incentives available through Government funded initiatives and benefits.
