BTCV Enterprises is a Prime Contract Holder for Jobcentre Plus
Damien came to BTCV in May 2007 after being unemployed for over 8 months.
He had previously been employed in the motor sector as a warranty administration officer. After discussions with Russell, the BTCV Enterprises Recruitment Advisor, it was agreed that a similar position would suit Damien’s hopes and aspirations for his future career. The first step was to update Damien’s CV, and to help him realise just how much he had to offer an employer.
Russell set up an interview for Damien with Ray Willet of Victoria Park Mazda with for the position of warranty administrator. After two interviews, Damien was offered a full time position, and is happily settling in his new found job.
